ABOUT
MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENT
Covering an area of 75,000 sqft. divided into raw material stock, surface treatment area,manufacturing shop, Powder coating line, Packing zone, and management office.
Our raw material area contains 1000 square meter for steel coils, we keep several thousand tons of hot rolled sheet and cold rolled sheet, which can be used for various racking and shelving product. We don’t keep stock for special material such as galvanized sheet or stainless sheet.
Working shop is the manufacturing center of our factory, we have all
the equipment for various metal work like lengthways shearing
machine, automatically rolling and forming machine, punching
machine, bending machine, welding machine…etc. Please see the
equipment list in the bottom of this page.
Automatically powder coating line is the most important factor for the
quality of powder coating, which is also the most important quality
factor for racking and shelving. To ensure the quality of powder coat,
we use Swiss made automatically powder coating line, with manual
spay for the corners which automatic gun difcult to reach.
We do all the packing job in the packing zoon, 3000 square mter can
stock more than 30 container load of goods, we used to ship more
than 20 container for single project.
